Redline is a MOM-licensed domestic helper agency operating in Singapore. Working under full-time agency employment at Bold Label, I was tasked with engineering a high-conversion, digitalized onboarding platform to transform their client intake workflow from standard paperwork into an automated matching ecosystem.

The core challenge centered on building their proprietary RightFit™ Matching System directly within the web infrastructure. I engineered a complex, multi-step assessment application utilizing JetFormBuilder to capture detailed household criteria, including family demographics, required skillsets, and personality dynamics. To power the backend logic, I constructed advanced JetEngine queries that dynamically process user inputs in real time, funneling qualified data directly into the agency’s assessment pipeline without manual data entry.

To accommodate a high volume of concurrent users completing the multi-step matching engine, front-end optimization was critical. I refactored the underlying asset pipeline and structured clean Elementor layouts to minimize server request overhead and ensure swift, reliable page execution. The resulting system is a fully optimized, interactive intake tool that simplifies the hiring journey for employers while providing the agency with structured, high-integrity lead data.
