I am Htein Lin, a WordPress developer. I build sites and online stores in Elementor Pro, extend them with WooCommerce and the Crocoblock suite, and write custom code wherever a plugin would be the slower or heavier answer.

I am Lead Website Developer at Bold Label Agency, working remotely. I take a project the whole way rather than handing it off at launch, so hosting, deployment, DNS and SSL are part of the job rather than someone else's problem. Alongside WordPress I build in Webflow, including Réseau Tubulure and PlaynVoice.

CAPABILITIES

Elementor Development

I build fast, pixel-accurate sites in Elementor Pro that stay easy for a client or another developer to edit later. Custom code steps in only where a page builder would slow the build down or bloat the page.

WooCommerce Customization

I take WooCommerce past its defaults, building product logic, checkout flows, and store structures around how the business actually sells.

Dynamic Content & Forms

Using the Crocoblock suite (JetEngine, JetFormBuilder, JetWooBuilder), I build dynamic listings, custom post types, and complex forms without writing a plugin from scratch or bloating the codebase.

Hosting & Deployment

I take a project from local build to live server myself, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and deployment included, so a client has one person accountable for the whole thing instead of a handoff between three.

How I Work

Every site I build has to survive after I hand it over. That means starting with code and reaching for a plugin only when it is genuinely the faster path, keeping the stack small enough that someone else can debug it, and staying accountable for the site after launch, not just at delivery.
