PlaynVoice is an advanced AI voice agent platform that automates customer interactions. Collaborating with Duo Design Lab, I was brought in to expand their existing digital infrastructure by developing a high-conversion Pricing Page and engineering a bespoke referral tracking solution to bridge the gap between their sales team and digital lead capture.

The core challenge was to implement a seamless Referral Tracking System directly within the lead capture form. I engineered a custom JavaScript solution that parses unique URL parameters (e.g., ?ref=name) generated by sales agents. When a prospect clicks a personalized link, the system dynamically injects the agent's name directly into the user's message field (e.g., "I was referred by [Name]").

Crucially, I programmed this logic to be non-destructive: while users can type their own inquiries around the referral tag, the specific referral string is protected and cannot be deleted. This ensures 100% data integrity for commission tracking without blocking the user's ability to communicate. The result is a frictionless lead generation tool that automates attribution for the sales team while maintaining a natural user experience.
