Tinman Asia

Tinman is a Thai graduate recruitment platform. One in four Thai graduates leaves their first job within a year, and Tinman matches students to work that actually fits using psychometric assessment rather than keyword search.

The site has to speak to three audiences at once. Students want to know it will help them find a job, universities want to know it will improve their placement outcomes, and employers want to know it will bring them better candidates. Each needs a different pitch, and none of them should have to read the other two.

I designed several of the key layouts and built the site in Elementor Pro, structured so each audience has its own clear route in from the homepage without the whole thing turning into three sites stapled together.

This was the marketing site. The assessment platform itself runs as a separate application that I did not build.
