3D Text & Matcaps

Rendering 3D text and floating geometries using efficient matcap materials.
This was one of the foundational lessons before moving on to larger scenes. The focus here was on generating 3D text and populating the space by looping a torus geometry to create the floating donuts. To give everything a polished, metallic feel without the performance hit of a complex lighting setup, I applied a MeshMatcapMaterial. Matcaps are incredibly efficient because they bake the lighting and reflections directly into a single reference texture, making it an easy way to make simple core primitives look great right out of the box.
